The Christian artist has created art called: "Divine Servant"®, "Fisher of Men"®, "The Great Commission"®, "The Coming King"®, "The Empty Cross"™, "Lion Of Judah"™, and the "Isaiah Eagle™". Greiner sculptures are made in bronze, steel, pewter and resin. In addition to Christian sculptures, Greiner's Christian art includes drawings, paintings, jewelry, gifts and awards. The artwork of the artist is in the collections of Popes, preachers, presidents, governors and the stars of business, sports, music, TV and movies. Greiner art is collected in all 50 states and more than two dozen countries. The “Christian Butterfly”® was the Artist’s second divine inspiration. This new symbol of Christian faith transforms the ancient “Ichthus” fish symbol into a beautiful butterfly. Early Christians originally used the ichthus during the time of persecution to secretly identify each other, when they passed on the road. One believer would make an arc on the ground, and if the second person was a believer, he would complete the fish symbol. The letters of the Greek word, ICHTHYS stand for, “Jesus Christ, God’s Son, Savior.” To Christians, the butterfly has always symbolized new life, the new birth, new beginnings and a transformed life, as stated scripturally in II Corinthians 5:17. |
